Ms. Payne was awesome!! She explained everything in terms we could understand. Answered all our questions.. Kimberly her Assistant was awesome as well.. They took such good care of us and the detail in our documents was spot on!! Loved this office!!

Years ago, Mr. Payne fought the battle with me against my ex, child support, etc. Today I came across the court transcripts from then. Made me appreciate all over again he’s a hell of an attorney.

His wife, Cindy, is the attorney for LMSOA of which I am President of. I have found it is always good to have sound legal advice when dealing with contracts. Also when Residents of our community violate restrictions and then refuse to abide by the stated restrictions and bylaws of our community. The Payne's have a wonderful and very knowledgeable legal assistant in the office. The secretary is also very helpful.

Well two experiences with this law firm. First one was a class action against developer of twin lakes when he breached the dam. I spent enough to determine it was a loss so I paid John Second one he represented my ex husband in our divorce. Humm I thought once you had a client that paid you, which is me! That would be a conflict of interest. So beware of him gaining from both sides!

Very awesome attorney, as well as kimberley in the office. Theyve been great in helping resolve an issue.
