He's is awful at his job. Responsible for placing an abused child back with his abusive mother and it was his only job to detect that behavior. Do not use him as a Guardian ad lietem or anything else for that matter. Would not recommend!!! Didn't meet expectations... you took away his childhood! It wasn't a trip or a cheap gift from Walmart. You knew and did nothing.
