Can’t even represent himself correctly with a real estate transaction. Misrepresents and don’t even have a clear title when entering into a purchase deal. Next step will be reporting to the BAR

I called 2-3 times and never heard back. It was a simple deed transfer/name change and perhaps not a lucrative enough transaction for him, but if a lawyer is that difficult to get a hold of when you're trying to GIVE them money, you want to use caution (ie run the other way) doing business with them under any circumstances 'cause once they have your money you'll never hear from them at all. Dixon Schumacher responded and handled what I needed without acting like I was beneath them. So I'll be using them for my will, trust planning, etc.

Highly recommend, Paul is attentive and personable.
