Although my initial meeting with Ellison Law, PC went well and seemed promising, the follow-up was very disappointing. While the support staff sounded friendly on the phone at first, they ultimately proved unhelpful—one even came across as rude. Payment expectations for new client services were not clearly explained, and I was made to feel as if I should have known the process without being told. The letter written on my behalf took several weeks to complete, contained basic errors, and failed to fully address the concerns I had outlined. After services were rendered, it became extremely difficult to get in touch with Paul Ellison.
