Just called to get information about a document received and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. Hopefully customer service doesn’t impact their business model.
They'll lein sale ANY vehicle, from ANY Tow Company, even if you DON'T have possession of it, EVER !!! What a game changer..... just give a VIN, write up a bogus tow sheet (like CHP180) & they'll get it sold in 1 month. NO Questions Asked!
The one girl is really nice but pat and sean have an attitude with you on the phone. Guess they didnt like our business .We will take it else where.
Unprofessional as hell, 0/10, do not recommend.
Display this place sold my motorcycle out for money never contacted me even though I was registered on it shady warrior shaky business..
