The most disorganized attorneys office that has no respect for their clients. NOTHING was done in a timely matter. They can't keep track of the cases they do have. It took two months to complete a simple name change on a deed. The first time had the wrong name on the deed. I would never recommend them and still waiting for them to mail me the deed that at least got filed on March 12th. The clerk will mail me a copy for a small fee. Please do yourself a huge favor and find a different attorney. When I expressed to them I was not happy with my experience with Patrick Moore the front desk person hung up on me! That should tell you something. I had to give them one star to even post this statement. Run and do not look back.

They didn't catch that names didn't match. They stated funds were in when they were not, they stated that they would meet at their Blacksburg office at the start of the process but did not allow for that option. However, the largest issue was that they ended up changing something on an already notarized document and refused to provide detail as to what was changed, and seemed to actively try to hide the fact that they were doing so until directly asked. We will not be using this office for further real estate transactions and urge that others consider the same.

Really terrible follow through. If you're looking for some simple, quick representation then I suggest you go elsewhere. I've spent 2 months calling every 2 weeks looking for an update or next step and not once did I receive a call back or feedback. They've wasted my time and I think it's important to share that with others that they may waste your time too. I get it... it's a business.. They want to make the most $ they can I suppose. They should be honest and just say "no thanks" to cases they don't care about rather than wasting people's time and lying about following through.
