I contacted this attorney seeking assistance. Every since I was injured at work, I've been getting harrassed by my boss. I already have a workers comp attorney handling my workers comp case. My W.C. attorney couldn't become involved in the harrassment because he said that I need an employment attorney. Mr. Whelan left a voicemail asking that I create a timeline listing these matters. I did this and sent it to him. He never replied. How long does it take to reply that you can't help with my situation? Not replying is unprofessional.
