Unconcerned with basic civil rights. Blames Veterans for believing they need to follow the letter of a law and will victim blame a laypersons ignorance of vague, unenforceable laws as if the only persons served and governernd by laws are laywers. Uninpressed by her attitude and disregard for others. Promotes unfair enforcement and NIMBY practices.
