If I could give no stars, I would give no stars. I was charged $622.25 for the drafting of a purchase agreement on a multi-unit, which the legal assistant got the wrong purchase amount on the agreement, and then for the drafting of the cancelling of the purchase agreement, along with emails and calls. Here is the breakdown 11/21 Telephone call with me .25 minutes 11.22 Emails regarding agreement .25 minutes 12/3 Review my voice mail/status of purchase agreement. Email to me .20 minutes 12/4 Conference with attorney .50 minutes (really? 50 min?) 12/4 Review agreement - instructions to staff .50 minutes (really 50 min?) HAD WRONG AMOUNT 12/5 Created pdf of pages of agreement/email .25 minutes 12/9 Review and receive Title work .15 minutes
