Mr Sinay in my experience is not a honest person.Sometimes would not return calls for up to 30days ..his excuse was he is a busy man.Comes across has a professional at first then the real person comes out .Very interested in turning a buck but not doing his job. He will flat out lie when it suits him. My advice is to run away from this person asap.
