Pam Nail represented my daughter who was only 11 months old when this all began. Mrs. Nail always put my daughters best interest first before anything else. I respect that and always will. A Guardian Ad Litem is probably one of the most difficult roles to ever have to carry out. Mrs. Nail also displayed truth and compassion proven by standing by me after I took the necessary steps she advised. I am forever grateful for her brutal honesty and persistence in protecting children.

She is extremely rude and hateful! There is a difference in being blunt/straightforward and being down right hateful! If someone was on the verge of giving up in life and had to meet with this lady and talk with her about legal matters , they would absolutely throw the hands up after and say this is hopeless ! She wants to be rude but when y return the same energy she gonna jump up and storm out refusing to finish her visit! Instead of explaining what someone needs to do or how to handle their situation from legal standpoint she tells u Everything u doing wrong how stupid ur choices are and ur opinion and beliefs doesn’t matter when it comes to law ! She got mad cuz I couldn’t answer questions I didn’t have answers for so then she got hateful! She is not a person I would recommend for just

Reading these reviews, it amazes me that the negative ones are people that she has never represented or on the losing end. She is very honest and blunt. It you want someone to sugar coat your case and not hurt your feelings go elsewhere. She will do what's in the best interest for a child or a person she is conservator over, not what those that have ulterior motives that are not in the best interest of the child or the protected person.

Was recommended by a friend, and she was the complete opposite of what was expected. Extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment of payment (before you see her). Google was more helpful, and you don't have to pay for the attitude.

I paid $50 for a consultation and it was bull crap. I had question I wanted to ask her and as a potential client you would think she wouldn't be so bitchy and rude and would listen to my questions and answer them instead of acting like what I had to ask was stupid and irrelevant. I definitely wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I left her office feeling even more helpless and in despair than what I did before.
