Outstanding customer service. In my estimation Mr Palmer is genuine, learned, compassionate and hard working, He is never too busy to advise me in any situation. Dad gum man answers my texts after business hours. Is there another attorney in the world that does that? Just for the record I am far from being a wealthy client. Thank all of you folks in that office for treating us so well.

Terrible law firm.. Surprise they're still open..Don't get this law firm .They will not fight for you! I believe they're getting pay to settle clients cases fast without their knowledge and choosing to settle for pennies! Need to be close down.No good will come to them!

I was referred to Palmer Law Firm by hawk law consultant but when I called Palmer law firm the RECEPTIONIST that answered my call was extremely rude and had the worst attitude, before I was even able to state my case I was stopped and told I didn't have a case which is fine, but the way I was treated personally by this office was completely unprofessional and poor. I would not recommend anyone call this office for a consultation or a case. As a matter of fact I don't want them to handle any case I may have or may not have and I will also let my family know exactly how they treat people when dealing with sensitive case's.

Law firm kept a check that was pose to be issued for over 2months after they took their expenses out of it…
