I am writing this review after a long and emotionally exhausting custody battle that ended in extreme disappointment due to Mr. Padilla. Despite initially placing my trust in him and paying an exorbitant amount in legal fees, I discovered after my case was closed that he failed to file an active parenting plan with the court, which is a fundamental and necessary component in any custody case. This oversight has left my family in legal limbo, and since discovering the issue, Mr. Padilla has been entirely unresponsive to multiple emails and text messages. His lack of accountability and disregard for professional follow-up is unacceptable. In hindsight, it became clear that family law is not his area of expertise.
