If you are looking for a legal firm that takes customer service to a new level this is the one. Incredible concern for the client. I'm not a fan of lawyers but this firm changed my mind. Great law firm!!!

Overall a poor experience via phone and email. They wanted a retainer prior to determining if they could assist. Later, I discovered answers for my questions without requiring an attorney. This firm may do well representing one, but I never got that far. Phone reps should not be allowed to provide legal advice if they are unsure or not qualified.

I worked with Allison and Laura. They were fantastic! The team had amazing communication and never left me in the dark. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and I felt better prepared going into a uncomfortable situation. Theyre very compassionate and listen to what i wanted whilst still explaining all the legal aspects that I needed to do. I truly appreciate them and their team for everything they did for me and my family.

Doesnt cover all family law areas. Staff is rude. I've experienced missinformation, inconsiderate of time and canceled . Call a real attorney who is not only knowledgeable but knowledgeable in what they can offer clients. Don't forget, these people are supposed to work for you, not the other way around. Vet them, and when the guy with an accent is rude to you, take that as a direct influence of the person he answers for. Comsidering the firm is hurting for money, you would think they would minimize the mistakes they are making to save cost but that is not what i discovered. This is one of the most unprofessional firms I have ever called. Take your litigation case to someone who actually knows how to advocate for you and communicates well. They should be working for your service.
