I have been trying to reach Rachel at PW services for weeks, maybe months. I’ve left numerous voice mails and e-mails. She said we could discuss my daughters case and BAM, Completely ghosted. Where else does one turn needing help for an adult that needs guardianship? I’ll even pay for it. Completely frustrated and worried about my adult daughter. This is crazy. Don’t know how many phone calls and emails would be stalking but I don’t dare try again. Saddened , frustrated and angry 😡 Appreciate your response but we NEVER had a discussion about my daughter, never made it that far. Nothing more than 1 promised phone call that you didn’t pick up on. PW SERVICES has my mom and it's seems like a lot of people have problems with you guys a lot of problems with Rachel I'm supposed to be having a meeting with you guys today I see that I have a lot of people I can call the TV and the newspaper Miss Rachel something that everybody has a problem with her

Unable to reach anyone for weeks, then the referral was turned down because it's a person needing a guardian but she's on Medicaid.

They lack the understanding on how to handle Clients with mental disabilities.
