Mr. Owen helped with what seemed like an impossible situation: out of town truck driver with small company, clean driving record, and then hit with a pretty serious failure to move over ticket. It was bad timing - financially. I have a kid that's just starting to drive/plan college, wife was in between jobs, and my company wasn't going to help - not even provide a copy of camera footage (footage couldn't be retrieved from system).
