If I could give this law firm -5 stars, I would. Unfortunately, the rating system doesn’t account for active regret. From day one, this place operated exactly like the one-star reviews warned—except somehow worse. Phone calls go unanswered like they’re being screened by the FBI. Want to speak to an actual lawyer? Cute. You’ll need to “schedule an appointment,” which means waiting 2–3 days so they can talk at you with maximum annoyance. When you finally reach someone, the attitude is astonishing. Rude, dismissive, and condescending—as if you personally ruined their day by hiring them. The paralegals clearly took a master class in passive aggression. Customer service here is not bad—it’s hostile. Then comes the truly shady part: they pressure you to sign over prior, completely unrelated case

Our family cannot express how great Goldstein has been! He took care of my Mother for 25 years and then after her passing has continued as if we are now family! They communicate well, are very professional and caring! The firm would make a Great first choice for whoever needs them!

The website was good and the staff upon calling, where great! I reserve the right to come back and update this after I have dealt with them in person and with the lawyer. I am filing for Social Security Disability and this lawyer, Scott Goldstein, came highly recommended. I look forward to a great experience and hopefully a speedy conclusion.

I chose Goldstein based on the good reviews they had.. sadly to say it was a MISTAKE. I had no idea what I was doing so I put all my trust Into them, for them to do absolutely nothing. I constantly had to call to make sure everything was going accordingly. If I had not called they probably would have not reached out to me if I had to sign/ do something for my case. Maybe my case was not that important to them?? They make it seem like they care but honestly they only “care” so that they get paid in the end. At the end of the day they got paid and Years later I am still suffering.

Dedicated and Experienced law firm. I have used them now for over 7 years. They fight diligently for my rights to compensation and medical treatment. They are caring and genuinely concerned about me. I would recommend them in all aspects of workman's comp cases and social security disability. A great team to have in your corner.
