Thought he was a good lawyer at first the things changed quick possibly looking at some prison time now cause he did send my money back cause he says he is resigning. Been on my case a whole year witch he could of got me reinstated easily but no he just did the waiting game. Now I have too face the consequences cause every other lawyer is charging alot too represent someone rn. And I've been on a good track up too date with all fees and been a member of society and now I just feel hopeless cause of him not finishing my case out the whole system even a lawyer is designed too make you fail especially this law firm.

My brother had a case and we've been waiting a whole year and then all the sudden he quits the job and my brother might be doing time due to the fact that he took so long to try to get the case solved at first I had hopes about my brother not going back to prison but now I don't know it's heartbreaking that this law firm you know what it's so long and then jumps off the case after us paying him for a whole year this is not fair to me or my brother but I wouldn't go through them ever again even if they open back up or whatever not because now I'm facing my brother might be doing time due to the fact that we paid this law firm a long time ago to retain and a whole year went by and nothing has been done and then you tell me you quit the case when there's nothing but a small thing where you ha

Do not ever make the mistake of hiring this man (Filemon) as an attorney for anything of serious importance to you, especially family law matters. This lawyer is the most incompetent lawyer I have ever know of. Youre actually better off representing yourself in court that having a lawyer that actually seems to work more for the other side than his own paying clients. How this man has stayed in business as an attorney with his lazy, passive and non competitive attitude is beyond me.

Touted around town as one of the best in Del Rio, I question that, after they don't reply to phone calls, they don't answer emails, even stopping into the office and leaving a note, they still don't get back to you. You wanna do business you gotta answer your potential clients.

It's been weeks since I hired him. he said he'd make a phone call in my case I called him up on any update and it was like he forgot and called up right there and then. Why did he wait for me to push him to do his job? His secretary was rude and just kept on babbling like I was supposed to know what she was talking about. Laughed at me when I said I didn't want his service anymore and wanted to fire him. These people are professional talkers make it seem to you like they know what they say but no it's just techniques in language to fool you.
