Avoid this place, what a detrimental and vile receptionist very quick to deny help. I wasn't aware that by law one is guilty until proven innocent per these people. A few customer service classes might help this odious individual.

Don’t waste your time. I’m disabled and can barely move. The state is coming after me for child support. I googled it and they popped up. It clearly states child support is one of their focuses on their website but they tell me they only do domestic violence and housing. Then the lady argued with me telling me I was wrong. Apparently there’s no legal aid in Washington County

Horrible experience. They do not help survivors of forced marriage and child exploitation. Very rude lady on the phone. They say they help people with domestic violence and aren’t very trauma informed.

Their actions are contributing to the devastation of the city with no thoughts as to the impact at large. Don’t even return concerned citizens emails or calls. Guarantee it would be a different story if their positions and efforts impacted them directly. Look around and explain how we don’t need a camping ban by people’s homes and businesses.

They do absolutely nothing other than give false hope & then waste your time by doing nothing at all. And get paid to do it. No wonder their rating is so low. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
