Orange County District Attorney

I was detained (in error) by Officer Gutierrez of the Costa Mesa Police Department. Officer Gutierrez failed to properly investigate before making the arrest - had Officer G. and his peers reviewed surrounding cameras, they would have seen that I had been followed for 3 hours, threatened, and hit. I had also been attacked by my abuser the previous day of the arrest. The arrest was NOT fair. With that said, despite the arrest, and despite spending 3 days in an isolated cell, the D.A. did NOT file charges. I would like to THANK THE D.A. for having my back. I would also like to encourage anyone experiencing abuse to report it immediately. (Lesson learned). -Jessie Henderson

I’ve been filing seven several petitions to Orange County regards to a complaint that was filed in July July 11 of 2024 and I’ve been waiting all these months and I still haven’t got a response. I got one letter in August that you guys received the paperwork and have not heard back from anybody with any type of answer on anything.

I got scammed by a female scam artist who stole my car worth over $25k in value and filed complaint providing all of her information in order for them to investigate & prosecute but they hasn't done a thing and suggested me to forget about it just because I won from the small claim court for the amount of only $300 (first month payment). There is no justice in the nation because of these corrupt and lazy prosecutors as well as cops and we citizens suffer from crimes and violation being rampant EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!

No WONDER THEY HAVE A 2.6!!!! Tried to tell them about someone with 5 duis the whole thing is documented They DO NOT CARE SHE SAID IT WAS A CASE BY CASE BASIS…. Whaaaaat??????

I have to constantly read their own website to their receptionist to educate them on what they do because apparently she doesn't even know lol. Please train your staff
