Most unhelpful person ever in access card department. You pay for cards that never arrive after 11 days only to be told that she will not reprint unless you pay another fee. Ridiculous. The cards were going .9 miles.

We could have been calling attorney after attorney, and paying for several initial consultations before finding the right person to guide us.
