A 65 yo disabled man who literally DORS NOT UNDERSTAND ANY OF THIS is being displaced from his home due to a forced auction in 17 days by partition, when it should've been handled under the Heirs Act (inherited half from his sister), when no appraisal has been completed (ignoring state regulations, the judge flippantly said she'd just set the value at $150k when the value is nearly double that... with the waive of her wrist and swing of a gavel). I used Clarke Mixon and he was a total creep, asking me if I was Catholic and about my sex life. I called to ask about another attorney for a different matter and the secretary had no idea what she was talking about. She stated I needed to live near the office even though the court is near them. It’s sad they have to lower their consult fee to $80 to try to get more clients and are still pathetic. The firm operates within Arkansas and has a secretary who has not been properly trained. An attorney from another firm wasn’t supposed to tell me about Clarke but she said he totally dropped the ball and was a terrible attorney.
