Would have loved to give them a positive review, but they didn't even answer their phone when they were supposedly "Open". 'Guess I will be finding a different injury attorney.

Tim Algiers put absolutely no effort into fighting for me in my injury case. He allowed the insurance company to take the full cost (30+ thousand dollars) of my medical costs out of my settlement. He still took his percentage of the gross settlement price though, so my loss wasn't his problem. I'm guessing that's why he didn't care to object to the insurance company's claim.

If you are looking for a law firm that truly cares about their clients, then look no further! I hired Mr. Tim Algiers as my attorney about 2 years ago too represent me for a workmans comp case, and have to say he was nothing less than great when it came to making sure I understood how certain things worked, too keeping an excellent line of communication with me in every step of the case. He is a very knowledgeable attorney, with a lot of experience that does not try to just settle without making sure his client is taken care of in the most deserving way possible. Very professional and up front firm. I was treated with great respect and was kept up to date with anything pertaining to my case. (Even when there was no changes for awhile) Tim helped me make the correct decisions when I wasn't sure what to do. He also helped me keep things professional when I wasn't. O'Meara Law Firm will be the first place I go to when I need legal help. I'm planning on selling my house by owner and will be calling them for that next. Not good. Ian Prust was supposed to represent me and my lender. Instead, he billed fraudulently for items that never occurred and also paid over $15000 from a trust account to a subcontractor that did not complete all work contracted and was already paid for work completed. He has been dishonest about his legal obligations, billings and is now hiding and won't return phone calls or emails. I have also filed a complaint with the office of lawyer regulation regarding slander, conflicts of interest, unethical/fraudulent billing, and improper use of an escrow account.
