Called to understand why I had a balance when I paid the balance off in full a month prior. When trying to get information, they refused to explain. Despite me being willing to pay after explained, they would only say I knew what the balance was. That pissed me off, so of course I got angry and yelled. They still refused to explain where the balance was from, and hung up on me. Several attempts were made to understand the balance, multiple times I was told they wouldn't explain. Each time I expressed I was willing to pay. After a phone call to someone else and some advice, I called again several times being sent to voicemail, finally got someone and received an answer to my question and they got paid. If I could give zero stars I would. These guys are terrible! They have no comunication what so ever . They absolutely do not care of any situation you are in . They are just in it for messing with peoples lively hood no matter what it takes! Even if you call it goes straight to voicemail causing more $$ out of your pocket ! Dont trust them at all they are just in it for the money !

I want to share my experience so others know what to expect. Olsen Shaner pursued collections aggressively and assessed attorney and court fees that seemed excessive rather than reasonable for the underlying debt. Their communication felt pressure focused rather than solution oriented

I got a notice from my employer that they were garnishing my wages so when I called these guys to explain my situation the lady that I spoke with was so unempathetic. Empathy and compassion go a long ways

I have no idea who this attorney is. I have no idea who the company is that they are supposedly suing me or putting a judgment against me on their behalf. Their employees refused to speak to me on a non-recorded phone call even though this is an attorney’s office. I was refused to be allowed to speak to an attorney. And they’re adding another close to $600 onto whatever company is filing a judgment for their attorney fee for me to pay despite never having contact with either party. This law firm is corrupt and disgusting
