Misrepresentation. Fee that was quoted, was not what was charged. Services that were supposedly included, were not. Deana (medicaid specialist) @ Cherry Creek Office was rude. Arvada office receptionist dressed like a hooker. No one in this office listened or cared. Kent Olsen & his staff are the epitome of what one fears in an attorney.
