Sam Oliver Was the most atrocious attorney imaginable. For Over a year after he took my case there was zero communication between his office and myself. When I finally did hear from his office I was left a voicemail informing me that my citation was a “must appear “. I called to inquire about this as I live in another state and travel would be expensive. I was told I did not appear a bench warrant could be issued So I started to make travel arrangements even though though I thought this was extreme. About a week after that phone call I found a piece of paper that was handed to me at the time of the citation by the police officer. Sheet of paper did in fact say that I could pay my fine by mail, confirming that my attorney had recklessly misinformed me. At this point and under the threat of

After initially hiring this firm, it would take the Assistant, Margarita, days and days to return my calls..So UNPROFESSIONAL! Finally with 2 weeks until my court date, I found different counsel and Thank God!!

Please don’t do any business with these people. Save your money and find another attorney. They don’t respond to emails, do answer calls, and certainly don’t work on your case. They accepted my case on 11/13 and it’s now 12/5, the day of my court date and I have not heard anything from these ppl and the courts hasn’t either. Leave them where they are.
