I would never recommend this law firm even to my worst enemy. They did not send an attorney on my closing day today. We sat there for 15mins waiting for my atty (buyer atty) to appear but no one came. I called okerblom office thinking maybe the atty was just late but i was told that the title closer should be able to “help” me sign the documents. She (title closer) did not even know before i told her they said you are supposed to help me? She said she doesn’t know a lot about coop. Seller and bank atty helped me a lot. Kudos to them but that’s not their job. On top of that, there were some problems with the numbers. I called their office and a paralegal said but you did your closing right? I assume when you hire an atty to purchase any property/coop, it’s from the process up to the closing
