In the last 2 months I have closed 3 transactions with them (all 3 with different real estate agents so it goes to show that many professionals in the industry trust them) and their communication, delivery, and attention to detail is second to none! This was by far the worst closing experience I have had. The closing attorney actually handed me payoff checks to send out myself rather than sending it themselves. Staff does not pay attention to communications and what I have asked. Two months later, and I am still trying to get details on payments because the accounts that were "paid off" haven't reflected payments and the team there has lagged in response. We were at the closing for over 3 hours because the closer didn't match the numbers with the lender and the attorney, who is no longer there, had to do it herself. This was an awful experience and I would never recommend their services.

I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with this firm. I closed on my house on March 23, 2018. I was asked how would I like to receive my funds whether check or wire transfer, I responded with a check please. The lady left and came back with checks for my realtor, and others but I did not receive one. I questioned as to why and was told because my house was in the city of atlanta and my water bill could not be verified I could not get my check...WHAT??? Hopefully will wait a week and the hack would be cleared and my check will be released, if not options will be made.
