They handled the transaction and it went through, but they also tried to refuse to give us copies of the documents we signed. They said that was policy, and that doesn't make sense. I asked them to explain why and the attorney said that was the policy and they are one of the largest firms in Georgia and that's how they have always done things. Not impressed, I asked to speak with a managing partner about this policy so I could understand what liability they hold by giving me copies of all the documents that they made me sign that waived their liabilities. I had my copies after a 5 minute wait. Don't let attorneys be bullies.

Closed on our house here a week ago. They were prepared, on time and very friendly. Don't hesitate to use them for your legal needs.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience working with them. Poor communication, I only received the wiring instructions on the closing day. Also I find the fees they charged me were high. UPDATE: On the closing day, I was told that I will receive the deed via the mail. I emailed them after a MONTH to check why I haven’t received it, to found that they sent it to the purchased lot address 😔 and justified this by saying they didn’t have an address on file! So if you don’t have an address on file for your client, mail it to any address even if it is the address of the lot I just purchased and no one live there instead of bothering themselves to send a message to check with me or my realtor my mailing address!!

We had a great closing. Client was so surprised how fast it went. Everything was ready to go and money was wired in record time. Garrett was eager to answer all questions with a smile on his face.

Like many on here, we did a closing with these guys. They were professional, courteous, punctual, and kind. So far as my limited knowledge goes, they did us right. On our way out, the receptionist congratulated us on our new home. I thought it was a gracious gesture.
