I used O'Kelley & Sorohan for closing on my new home. They have a friendly staff and made sure I was taken care of. We were able to sign and close all the documents within a couple hours. In addition, they gave us some useful legal advice and provided great service from start to finish.

These people were kind and wonderful to me and my wife. We were very confused about contracts that needed to be signed and notarized and they saved us from disaster that would have befallen us if we had gotten one thing wrong. As long as I live in Georgia, whenever I need an attorney for any realestate matters, I will always consider them to be my first choice.

They made a mistake on closing documents and I was never given a title for manufactured home. They referred me to Fidelity National which refused to pay saying they don't cover closing agent's mistakes or omissions. O'Kelley & Sorohan got my money but I was left with screwed up papers and headaches because of their fault. Beware, they may screw you too and will not pay or fix it.

Compared to what's out there, here is the take. The ppl were nice, however there were no drinks easily available, only candy from Halloween, only 1 prop for social media (and it wasn't that great); in addition, kind of on the higher end of price, not to mention they added owner's title insurance without asking if the buyer wanted it, even though it's optional

Tiffany McWhorter is a fantastic lawyer! She is very responsive and always seams to help me when I am in a bind! Highly recommend Tiffany and no not all Lawyers are created equal.
