I will update once received. ********* I recently worked with this law office on a transaction and wanted to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision. During the closing process, there was an error with my wire transfer that resulted in my funds being unavailable for five days. As a result, I missed out on potential interest and was unable to move forward with other planned transactions during that time. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the delay created significant inconvenience and financial disruption. We had by far the worst closing I have ever experience in my entire career with Jessica L. Larson. The entire experience was actually deplorable, as when we walked in, Natalie at the front couldn’t be bothered to greet us and we had to go to the desk to get checked in. At the desk, we still didn’t get a hello and were coldly asked for our drivers licenses. We sat and waited for what was supposed to be an early closing with no one in the waiting room, just to be ignored until we finally asked when we should expect to be brought back for our closing as it was almost 30 minutes past our scheduled time.
