Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC)

Not that you can avoid dealing with these people, but proof that they steal money from hard working people and business owners. My business was shut down due to covid/inflation/etc, and over a year later I finally received my 'refund' check of $600. Unfortunately since the check was made out to my business, and not my name, I cannot deposit the check. And because my business/LLC was SHUT DOWN, so was the bank. After hours of talking to them, filling out forms, etc. they cannot allow me to 'negotiate a check' ?. No wonder people have trust issues with our government. So just remember, if you happen to come across hard time at your business and are forced to shut down, make sure you keep your business and business bank account active for 12 months (lol) to receive your refund check. /rant

Big screw over. A facade made to act like help for their workers. But will work well to make sure employers don't help the employees. False narrative to help your workers. A clever waste of tax dollars

Very nice facility, easy access and parking, good security, coffee by donation and snacks. Great for all day training sessions!

Turned me down twice for my disability. Made me get an attorney for my third and final hearing.

Worst business ever. Haven't heard from them in over a month while I deal with worst pain in my life. This is a pure scam.
