Would give negative stars if possible. I called and was quoted a price for my needs I paid said price. Afterwards James Dickinson blew through that retainer and did not even do what I had paid him to do, while asking me to jump through hoops and as I did was told "your motion would be unsuccessful" I'm im sorry that's not for you to decide. I would not hire this firm run save your money

I have been calling and sending emails since April 2025. I’m on a payment plan I switched my card information and my balance went from $21,433.70 April 5th 2025 to $35,960.04 May 5th 2025! No one responds to emails no one returns phone calls!! This is highly unacceptable as the amount I’m paying per month there’s no way I still owe this when my case has been closed since September 2024.

Extremely unprofessional and rude, hangs up at 0 notice, and says there is 30 min free consult that you have to pay $200 for to MAYBE get help. This place is a sham, small wonder 4 stars is beyond their reach. Find an actual firm, not a small spot playing pretend. Just look at the other reviews saying the same 🤣

Terrible customer service very unprofessional. They rescheduled our intial appointment twice, Then called us from an out of state phone number that came up as spam. Then we listened to the voicmail and tried to call back 30 seconds later 3 times. They didnt pick up and when they finally did they informed us that the attorney is with their next client only 10 min later. Terrible terrible terrible if this is how they treat their new clients/companies in initial consultations think of how it will be going forward. Find someone else with a little bit of follow through is my advice.
