Office of the Second Judicial District Attorney

I wouldn't even give you a star but that is the lowest one in order to write a review. This office is suppose to be here for the people who have been victims. When is it going to matter to you that the families are able to receive justice and be treated with respect. Sam Bregman boost so much about how he has changed this office. He has changed it to the worst possible office, Raul Torres at least had compassion for the families and had communication with them. This new office needs to be replaced and have people who know how to deal with the victims and their families. I will not be voting for Sam Bregman the man who loves plea deals for murderers so his conviction rate looks good. What a joke this office has become.

This office and these people do not help victims. These people should be looked into.

The DA doesn’t seem to want to keep anyone in jail. Something needs to change in that office. Ankle bracelets should only be used for non violent offenders.

I just tried three times to call. The call system is completely broken. It sends you to voice mail and then hangs up on you. When I tried a different option it wanted a mail box number, how I am I to know the appropriate mail box number? It then said for help press 0, so I did, it then said 0 was an invalid mail box number and hung up.

Bern county's new DA, Raul Torrez, is doing a fantastic job under the most difficult of circumstances - he inherited a huge mess. I hope he stays around for a long time.
