We said no, he took no offense and didn't pressure us. Mr. O'Donnell's staff handled all the legal mumbo jumbo, powers of attorney, health directives, retitling the house, everything we needed to sign, we got paper and electronic copies of everything, he had a Notary on staff, gave us detailed directions on how to open new bank and brokerage accounts, just everything.
