I used O'Connell for my first home years ago and was very satisfied. With my most recent purchase, the experience couldn't have been worse. - A lack of communication throughout the process. I was never told the seller was also using their services. - A rushed closing with only a couple hours notice, forcing my wife and I to leave work early, only to find out their office just want to go on vacation a day early. - Rude secretary staff. - Hidden fees at closing and I had to request in writing for them to do the warranty paper work on a new house because they didn't feel like it, and declined the offer the first time through. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

O’Conell Family Law was very nice and accommodating with the first intake phone call but couldn’t help me after booking a Strategy Meeting which was a waste of time and money.
