Their lack of knowledge or the experience needed to manage a case effectively was frustrating. This is hard when you are dealing already with grief from a loss. Their approach is not thorough in explanation of situations or next steps. These gaps in details have a negative impact to others decisions and time. There is also a gap in an ability to consult with empathy and consideration of their clients circumstances. I worked with them settling a trust and would highly recommend finding another law group to support your legal matters.

a few years ago, my mother had Oalican create a Power of Attorney and a trust fund. My mother recently suffered a medical incident that rendered her unable to make decisions for herself. When I went to the bank to exercise the POA to pay her bills they said that the trust was written in such a way that I could not sign checks for her. I reached out o Oalican for assistance and the sent me a $2,500.00 retainer agreement ? I contacted another lawyer and for a couple hundred bucks was able to help me out. I also contacted the Mass bar association, explained the situation, and they agreed that the $2500.00 fee was "ridiculous" and that Oalican should have fixed the issue no charge.

Irresponsible and impossible to deal with as professionals/attorneys/people .. requested and received $9500 from me to probate my mothers small estate .. I did all the work and still have not been refunded any monies and they terminated representation after receiving addl certified check. Reprehensible

Handled a simple estate of which I was a beneficiary - it took way too long and they charged too much.
