This is the company for a seller whose property I was trying to purchase. The deal fell through on my end and the attorney Mr Chawla and his secretary JoAnne were extremely rude to me when I requested my 5 thousand dollar earnest money deposit back. Mr Chawla refused to speak with me and had JoAnne tell me i “defaulted” while he coached her from the background. My attorney has made several attempts to contact them about my money and they have failed to respond. Now I have to pay another lawyer to go after them in order to return my earnest money. Fun times!!!
