Probably the most unprofessional shyster I have ever encountered in my life. And that's saying something because I've dealt with several.

Worst experience with any title company ever and have closed on several properties in different states. Not only was staff unprofessional; they sent funds to a company with same name in GA instead of correct address on file in IL; when asked how they got that address, all they could say was that they didn’t google the address (thanks captain obvious) however couldn’t provide proof of who provided address. The proceeds should have never been mailed anyway. Will never use this company and would only want to warn others of this horrendous experience. Only consistent response is they are busy at the end of the month (them and everyone else).
