Cary Nurik and associates are awesome. I have used them personally for landlord tenant issues and also some estate planing. They explain everything better than I have ever had ever experienced putting me at ease knowing I am in the right hands. They are always reachable and always answer calls. As a Realtor, I have recommended them to my clients. I can't say enough. They are terrific.

When I purchased my condo in 2018 Mr Nurik represented the SELLER. They used "CONTRACTOR X" to replace the broken disposal; a handyman. When I sold this unit last month I used "CONTRACTOR X", the same handyman to do two minor repairs(which I could have done myself). Mr. Nurik was not happy with his derogatory remarks about "CONTRACTOR X". He also urged the BUYER of my unit to have me get a permit on the new AC condenser installed three years ago; an exercise in futility for the town to earn dollars and stick a label on the unit. Most homeowners are aware of that nonsense. Needless to say it only delayed the closing and cost the buyer and seller money and time. There are many nicer lawyers around

Cary was not as responsive as we would have liked him to be and did not help move the process along. In addition, charged us for an extra hour of work without disclosure until after the closing and his bill being paid.

Poor follow up and didn't provide services requested.

I can't state why, but I work in a field that deals with attorneys in NJ and I can say that Cary Nurik is one of the most attentive and concerned lawyers I've dealt with in this role. If this office was in Detroit, I'd be a client as of yesterday.
