I had the same issue as another reviewer. She will take money from you upfront as a retainer and then produce nothing. When I pushed them to show proof of work, they printed out "research" from online - Yahoo, etc. - to "prove" they had done some work. This information was a absolute garbage and all free and 100% publicly available. Not to mention the papers of Yahoo "research" were stamped with the date before I told them I was coming by to pick up my file, so they apparently had quickly printed out something just to fill in my file. I expect more from an attorney - this was beyond unprofessional. She deserves a suspended license/disbarring, so glad to hear this in the other review.
