Just finished the closing of a new home in Hilton Head. Could not have been more disappointed with how Novit and Scarminach handled the process. One of the poorest legal transactions I have ever had. The lawyer that took us through closing had never seen the package before and you could tell she was reading the details for the first time as we signed. They failed to show us some critical information about the lot and set backs only seeing the document covering it post closing. On top of that their office is about the most unwelcoming place possible.

Dan Saxon is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has worked with many of my clients over the years. I always know that I can rely on him for a good experience, whether he is advising me or doing closing documents for one of my real estate clients.
