if. You don't have a phone then they can't help you is. My understanding because I only have my email address and they can't seem to understand thats how I communicate with people only . I'm not sure if you can just go down there to there office but I'll find out and let everyone know later .one thing is they have someone take your info over the phone but they can't give you any legal advice they are there just to take your info .an desire of you have a case or not .an who or when they can refer you to someone to help or. Give you info to do the court docs your self for court .and then they will have you come in to talk to a lawyer if they feel it's needed by them .

They really care about your situation and have legal support in the end of my dealing with this my attorney assisted me all I had was worried about being homeless and they took care of all my legal needs make sure you call them call 211 for a referral
