20Minutes on the phone with them telling me the same thing over and over and over totally useless waste of time , no help at all. Definitely wasn't talking to a regular person. What a waste of time..

They offer legal services to those who cannot afford a lawyer. I have worked with Jane Allen twice. Both times she has been extremely professional, getting back to me as soon as she can, keeping up on my case, attentive when speaking to me about things going on, making sure she clears something up if it may be misinterpreted. Overall, she has made me feel like she cared about my case and wasn't dismissing me because she wasn't getting a commission from me.

weeks later still waiting for my call back on who has my housing case. I have used this service before and I'm left with doing 90% of the work on my own when it came to a divorce that leaves room for error; considering that one contacts this agency because you don't know what your doing. Talking about not knowing what your doing at some point I got appointed someone that made errors on "guiding" me to what my next steps were.

Horrible experience. I worked with attorney , she was extremely forgetful and it was hard to get in contact with her. even told me the issue I was dealing with was normal as she has rodent droppings in her cabinets and deals with rodents all the time. Almost as if insinuating my rodent issue was normal. I was not properly represented by her. It seems as though she had a sense of camaraderie with my landlords that took presidents over my representation. she would tell me how sincere they were about fixing my issues whilst neglecting to get/give me an expected date and time for them to fix said issue. I made her aware that on multiple occasions my landlords would falsify situations and in this instance they were attempting to falsify a policy. Instead of even asking them to provide her with

Amazing place!!! Stephen Fernando is the best custody attorney that I have had so far ever!!! He has full communication with you and is understanding and empathic and just an all around smart professional attorney. My father and I both always feel better when we have a meeting with him!! This place in general is great too!! Friendly staff and lots of flexibility with appointments.
