Luckily for Chris, I’m in Texas and he practices in Louisiana, so the Bar complaint we filed against him was thrown out. The guy let my wife sign away power of attorney over him mom for the purposes of a lawsuit (bc we’re in Texas,) what he didn’t tell us was that the POA recipient already had medical power of attorney. If I’m lying, Norris, you’re a lawyer - sue me.
I worked with Chuck on a very sad and difficult case where a long haul trucker was seriously injured. The injury changed that trucker's life. Chuck was skillful, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Chuck got a great result for our client. This is definitely the lawyer to hire if you have been hurt.
