Staff who answered phone was kind and thoughtful. This may be a great firm to use. I cannot speak to that. I live in another state, and Nodine was suggested to reach out to so I could ask very beginning, basic questions about first steps regarding Kansas state law / probate, for my father who passed a few days ago. I was not looking for a full consult, or even sure if I need legal help at all. I just needed to get a better understanding of what Kansas requires, which would have helped me make the next move. The firm called me back and said they wanted to do a 2-hour consult, and the fee would be $500. They didn't even know my questions, what I needed, or if I even needed legal assistance yet. Lucas and his team are amazing. Professional, thorough and responsive. I would highly recommend them and would come to them for any future items needing legal support.

Was highly impressed with their knowledge of the law. Most impressive is how much they care about their jobs and winning the case for their clients.

Not recommended. Kristin, office staff was so extremely rude and didn't show respect whatsoever. She is not a good representation of what a great legal team should look like. Not helpful and extremely snarky. It was a real turn off! I would never seek help from them ever again just because of her.
