I am updating my review to say I am exercising my first amendment rights. Drew Skjoldal actually is billing my dead stepmothers estate for attorneys fees representing Black Hills Advocate which makes NO SENSE as Jenny Schmidt of Black Hills Advocate was not her Guardian in 2024. Her daughter was. So her daughter wants to be reimbursed for fees associated with Guardianship along with Jenny Schmidt? Hmmm. I smell a rat. I will be glad to withdraw my complaint when I receive a detailed breakdown (by minute) of the $15,000 you are billing saying you represented Black Hills Advocate when Jenny Schmidt of Black Hills Advocate WAS NOT her permanent guardian. What a Scam! I will be filing a complaint with the South Dakota Bar Association against Drew Skjoldal. Unethical billing practices. I just
My husband and I have been blessed to have found and worked with Les for many years. his expertise, professionalism, & knowledge is second to none. The ladies that run the office are so friendly and helpful it is always a delight to visit with them as well. We can’t say enough he is one of the best.
