We had a complicated situation where the IRS not only withheld a $17000 refund but then penalized us $3400! Paul Omerza (and Emily) guided us through the process of filing an action against the IRS. In the end, the penalty was withdrawn and we received the full refund plus interest. Nielsen Law Group kept everything on track and moving forward. We couldn't be happier! Just superb service.
