Just want to say how refreshing it was to fill out a request form on their website and have a call back from Joe Niebler Jr who graciously gave me almost an hour of his time and recommendation, even though he couldn't help me with my particular real estate issue. Thank You!!

I am a lawyer but do not practice real estate law. Thus, I reached out to attorney Jim Carrig who was quite helpful with a construction contract. He was prompt and insightful and I highly recommend him. After he helped me, I also separately referred an insurance company CEO and a Physician to him for help with their home building contracts with a local Milwaukee home builder. So far have been overly disappointed with service. Little to no results with issue that I was told I could be helped with. I have been dealing with for over 6 months. I hope I'm wrong but feel like I'm just being strung out and receive no actual help. Usually weeks between an update usually prompted on me asking, but invoices are always on time. I would suggest if any real estate issues needed attention to use someone else. Hope this helps someone and to do your research on selecting a attorney and not just go with someone who says they can help. IT WILL BE A COSTLY MISTAKE, learn from my mistakes.
