Very unprofessionall manner in my opinion, due to unresponsive communication regarding time sensitive issues. I left both a phone and written web messages with great detail describing the scope of services I was in need of. It is my understanding an appointment is necessary for any services, but if one does not receive any follow up how is one to establish the appointment? So disappointing to be treated in this manner! These additional comments are for the owner's response to my review. I stand by my honest review and find it somewhat disturbing as the response is somewhat misleading in my opinion. While I did receive a response with helpful information. this did not occur until 4pm on the next business day. I called around 9:30 am, left a voice mail message and followed up with a writte

I came in yesterday to see if the attorney could help me with a legal matter. I didn't speak to him, but someone on his staff came and listened to me dump all of my life's troubles on her. She was sweet and patient, and even though what I was asking for wasn't something this office handles she didn't cut me off or rush me out but listened and gave me referrals for other attorneys. She clearly had empathy and represented Mr. Nickel's office well.

We cannot express our sincerest gratitude enough towards Nat and his law firm! He is a true blessing! We are so happy we came across him during our research for a great lawyer. He is not only professional but also personable. He got the job done in a timely manner and all around excellent service. We've had bad experiences with Lawyers before but Nat definitely restored our faith in there being honest hearted great professionals out there. We will absolutely be returning for his services again and we 1000% highly recommend him!

Nat is a good lawyer and a good man. He does Debt Defense, Estate Planning, Veteran Benefits, and general law. Don't forget to offer him a jovial insult, its the only way he knows he's appreciated.

I came into Nat's office not knowing what to expect. The receptionist was attentive and courteous, she asked if wanted anything to drink right way. She brought me this amazing cup of coffee that look like it was made at Starbucks. Nat came out, shook my hand and brought me back. I came to his office with an issue that technical wasn't the type of law that he handles. He still sat there and listen to what I had to say, provided great suggestions and tactics, that I still use today. We talk for almost an hour, it was one of the best encounters I have ever had with a lawyer. I left his office with my mind at ease. Nat Nickele is one of the best lawyers in the state, I wouldn't go to any other attorney without asking Nat.
